If you’d like to read more about the girls at Hope, go HERE and HERE.
an online treasury of things that make me smile—and some that make me weep. Tablescapes, vintage linens, DIY, creative caring, inspiring stories, encouraging words … children at risk, orphan care, mixed-up priorities in today’s Church. If you want a place where “a little bit of everything” is presented from a foundation of faith and Hope, then stop by often. You’re always welcome… at My Place to Yours.

What a lovely idea – I’d never heard of this before.
Great post! I was not familiar with this organization either. Thanks for sharing this opportunity. I am also sending this to my daughter who has a heart for rescuing girls!
What a beautiful post. I was not aware of this worthwhile organization.
Wonderful to have you at Seasonal Sundays.

For those of you who are new or only occasional visitors here at My Place to Yours, Hope Unlimited for Children is a 22-year-old organization; my husband (Renaissance Man on my blog) has been its president for the past 5 years. He runs the U.S. side of the ministry (fundraising, speaking, preaching, print materials, etc.) and one of the co-founders runs the Brazil side. With the help of more partner churches/civic groups than ever — and the new venue of Blogland — we’re trying to share the story of Hope with caring people who simply haven’t known of the ministry opportunity before. On behalf of myself and the children of Hope, thanks for being willing to consider celebrating love with us!
What a great idea! I will be sure to mention this to some of the organizations and bloggers at The Justice Conference later this month (http://thejusticeconference.com)!!
