This is relaxing. Yesterday after riding bikes with my little one we stopped in the park, I laid down on the top of a picnic table, looked up through the pecan trees and enjoyed the wonderful breeze…how relaxing, listening to the sound of nature, and allowing my old muscles to relax LOL
